What Parents and kids are Saying...

“Sue is an absolute ray of sunshine and we love her energy! Our daughter has Auditory Processing and Sensory challenges and Sue’s classes and Summer camps have been so helpful for Evelyn in learning new coping, teamwork and confidence building skills.

Her classes incorporate lots of creative movement and teach the kids how important it is to stay active while having FUN! Our society places so much emphasis on young children to fit into specific boxes and Sue celebrates that ALL kids learn so differently and might not fit in those boxes. Thank you Sue for all you do and we look forward to watching and helping your business grow.”

I always looked forward to Mrs. Murphy’s sessions. Each week we did a new and fun activity. We would also write in our journals about things we can do to relax and things we looked forward to when Covid restrictions are lifted. My favorite memories are decorating cookies and doing fitness activities on the trampoline.

"I wanted to let you know how grateful I am to have found you! Your camps have been instrumental to my girls. The time you have spent with them helps them become a better version of themselves. You have empowered them with the tools necessary to accept themselves and others, how to overcome obstacles and differences and learn to be the best they can be! The care you show and positive energy is exactly what my girls need! They can't wait to see what you have put together for the next camp!"

Thank you for being you!

"Both of my girls were privileged to have attended Sue's classes; both privately and in school. Having been new to town in the midst of a pandemic was fairly anxiety-inducing on all fronts. Not only were my girls able to establish friendships in an environment that fostered positive socialization, but they learned life-giving techniques that they will carry with them throughout the rest of their lives. I will often find them creating their own obstacle courses, practicing breath work, or doing splits in our hallways because "Mrs. Murphy says that splits open up airways and if we breathe through our noses it helps with positive thoughts!" I'm so thankful for the opportunity they had to learn how to listen to their bodies. It's a lesson that has not only affected them as growing people but one that we have adopted as a family because of Sue's influence."

"My girls have attended ME Kids for both summer camp and other seasonal sessions. With each session, they have made new connections with other children and have enjoyed the unique hands on activities. It’s a great program for them to learn more about themselves and to get their bodies moving while having fun in a safe, comfortable environment! They can’t wait to go back!"

-Jessica Cunningham

"I loved going to the camp. I felt happy and made new friends. I got to do lots of fun crafts for my room."

-Andrew age 7

"My 2nd grade son loved the ME kids program. He was excited to attend each class and learned valuable skills including mindfulness, breathing techniques, and gratitude while having fun. He uses the skills, for example breathing with his belly bag, to manage his emotions. We are looking forward to future ME kids sessions".
